DB Aerocopter has four-staged partnership program.
|LEVEL I. COMMERCIAL AGENT|
A commercial agent (hereinafter the Agent) is an individual or a company, receiving a commission for finding a customer and concluding a product supply contract.
The Agent shall use its communicative skills and any other resources in order to inform, interest a prospective purchaser in the product procurement and conclude a product supply contract between a customer and the Manufacturer. The Agent shall provide the prospective purchaser only with reliable information obtained from the Manufacturer.
The commission is a percentage of the end-user price of the helicopter.
UPGRADING TO THE DEALER’S STATUS
The Agent can become a dealer in its territory subject to its eligibility for dealership. For its part, the Manufacturer can recommend the Commercial Agent to become a dealer, when it reaches the appropriate sales performance.
|LEVEL II. DEALER|
The Dealer is an official representative of the manufacturer, offering a full range of services in sales and servicing of АК1-3 helicopters in its territory.
The Dealer shall initially purchase 2 or more АК1-3 helicopters and always have at least 1 helicopter.
The Dealer shall procure helicopters from the manufacturer considering a dealer discount
АК1-3 SPARE PARTS
The Dealer may have an optimum, in its opinion, intermediate store of spare parts and sell them to owners of АК1-3 helicopters in any territory. The Dealer shall purchase spare parts and tools from Aerocopter DB.
The Dealer can carry out the scheduled maintenance (every 50h/100h/1000h), required maintenance and repair of АК1-3 helicopters after its specialists’ training at Aerocopter DB (the training can be conducted on the Dealer’s site).
The Dealer can train in piloting on АК1-3 helicopters subject to availability of permitting documents issued by the local aviation department.
DEALER’S STATUS UPGRADING
The Dealer can become the Exclusive Dealer in its territory subject to its eligibility for exclusive dealership.
|LEVEL III. EXCLUSIVE DEALER|
The Exclusive Dealer is an official representative of the manufacturer, offering a full range of services in sales and servicing of АК1-3 helicopters in its territory.
The exclusive dealer shall ensure the initial purchase of at least 5 АК1-3 helicopters and keep the sales level of at least 4 helicopters per year.
Aerocopter DB shall not sell АК1-3 helicopters, spare parts and tools to them on the contract territory to other persons, except for the Exclusive Dealer, without the latter’s written consent.
|LEVEL IV. PARTNER (Certification, Production)|
Our company is interested to expand its business connections and developing of the mutually beneficial partnership in different forms on the perspective markets.
In order to choose the mostly convenient partnership type we would like to make clear a format of the possible partnership. Under term of a format of the partnetship we understand the list of the standard projects, that could be planned for the joint implementation:
Project 1. Organization of the sales at the regional market.
Project 2. Organization of the pilots and technicians training.
Project 3. Organization of the services, maintenance and helicopters repair.
Project 4. Assembling of the helicopters on the regional market.
Project 5. Design, development and modification of the helicopters.
